Same here! Patterson pass is short and sweet with nice curves, high visibility, wide road (wider than Morgan Rd) and scenic view. @PMok and I were discussing that maybe we head back on Patterson Rd and skip Tesla next time.

Midway rest stop:

I'm bummed I had to cut early. Patterson is my favorite road (I now drive it every day to and from work, but am stuck behind people usually). Lots of "blind" turns but if you know when and where to look ahead it is actually very easy to see oncoming traffic. I actually prefer driving it at night because it is even easier since you see headlights.

Happy Monday! OK here's another trailer made with the weekend's DRIVE footage. This will probably be the last one of these for a while.

Then next 2 weeks has 2 new things to add on their plates - soccer and enrichment programs. These kids are putting the wrong mileage on my car.

To get whatever drive I can, we are heading to HMB (San Gregorio) with picnic bag in tow, sport / beach stuff too AND I'm driving thru Skyline/La Honda. I fear 92 will be slow getting to the coast. Plus my AC at home needs a break. Welcome to join if you wanna beat the heat or have kids. BYOF haha

Stay cool friends
Were you out at San Gregorio on Saturday? My brother and I were going to take 17 down to Santa Cruz but it was already backed up by 9:30. We ended up cutting through Saratoga and then took La Honda to the 1. I wanted to stop by San Gregorio for a pitss stop but the attendants were already in. What a beautiful day for a ride along the coast!

LOL it's only Monday and already making plans for the next weekend?!

I definitely plan to have another drive Saturday. Not sure where yet though. Possibly this one time I might do it a little later instead of the super early morning just to take a little break from that and maybe get a few other folks who can't seem to wake up that early haha.

Yea we can try a late start which might bring in some of the not so morning people. Anything around 9 should be good. Keep in mind if we start late, we should label it as a cruise instead of a typical drive because traffic. I'm open for this weekend.

I'm up for a drive this weekend! Have a friend who just ordered an FR-S visiting, would be nice to show him the drives up here.
