Those are the last four digits of the VIN#, so AFAIK that's the build number. 6,000 was for the first year or at least for all of 2012 I think.

Prodrive wheels ordered! Only 3 months 'til I actually see 'em *sigh* I chose the exact same setup as seen above on the Cusco BRZ - 18x8.5" +45 front and 18x9.5" +45 rear, in British Silver.
Oh well, that gives me time to buy tires, coilovers and exhaust. Luckily they were considerably less than what the MSRP suggested, so I'll have a little extra cash to purchase the other parts!

Today I ordered:
-Catted, resonated Perrin header-back exhaust
-GReddy magnetic drain plug
-Whiteline positive shift bushing
-JDM clear side markers
-JPM Coachworks Alcantara shifter and e-brake boot

The JPM stuff is back-ordered but I hope everything else comes in next week so I can have a little wrenching session on Thursday

Installed my Tap-Turn flasher module and JDM frameless rearview mirror today. I had one of the techs at work do the module 'cause I couldn't get my damn hands up where it was mounted. The mirror just snapped in. Love the way it looks!

@Turbowned What is your order number? I want to make sure that your order has already shipped out if possible.

Cheers,
Andrew

This happened, and it was awesome:

Then these came in:

And I did my first oil change at 1150 miles. Picked up 6qts of 0W20 Subaru synthetic. I thought for sure I'd feel more power up in the higher RPM's, right?

LOL, yeah, still slow. But what can I say? Before this I leased a "333hp" Audi S4 (which is really more like 400hp - yay Germans underrating their engines!) Next year will come forced induction.

Installed the clear corners, but I think I did something incorrectly, because they keep coming undone at the top; they don't seem to be clicked in all the way. Aesthetically much better IMO:

Also, great news on the wheels: found out they're already at the broker's shop and ready to ship - so much for a 3-4mo. wait! I should have them in a couple weeks if they don't sit at customs for too long. My Perrin exhaust and JPM shift/e-brake boot should be here next Thursday if all goes well. I can spend Thursday installing the exhaust and diffuser, shift bushing, short throw, and the boots. Now to order tires and Eibach Pro Kit springs to tide me over until I can afford KW V3's

My friend Jared took pics of my car with his fancy shmancy camera last night; looking forward to getting those and posting them up!

Went to the post office and found these waiting for me:

First pair arrived from Japan. Second pair arrives this week. Thanks to Jesse Streeter and Streeter Corp. I was able to get these parts extremely easily and at a great price!

Then some more things arrived at my house:

Unfortunately I'm moving currently and won't have time to install most of this stuff until later. I hope to get tires and springs by the end of the month so I can get those sexy Prodrives installed (assuming they'll clear the stock strut housings).

I got my buddy at work to install my Perrin header-back and Whiteline positive shift bushing, since unfortunately I won't have a garage any time soon. I LOVE the way the exhaust sounds! Just enough of a note that it sounds like a sports car, but doesn't become obtrusive. It's not any louder than the tire or wind nose when cruising on the highway and I really like that because I can still listen to music at normal volume or hold a bluetooth conversation.

Loving the color! Needs more low and should be looking saucy after the wheels are on.

Im interessted in your e30 if you think about selling it. I would be interested in taking it as is instead of you having to do the remaining work.
