Hey weren't you the one with the red BRZ with the plastidipped wheels? I'm the guy with the white one with the full blown turbo kit. My car ran pretty well on the drag strip considering its only a base tune. Ran a 13.71@106mph with the useless Prius tires giving me a 2.4 60ft. I'll be back in September with a tune and tires for sure!!!!

Yeah I was the red BRZ with the plastidipped wheels. I didnt see you anymore after we took off when that drift car almost nailed our barrier lol. It was also my first time seeing the Full Blown kit in person, looked like there's still plenty of room left under there. Hopefully you can get a tune and better tires for September.

I also got a video of your 13.99 1/4 mile run if you want me to post it up.

@Chupacabra did you catch my AutoX run where I oversteered off track and hit a cone? lol

Wonder how difficult it would be to install a Defi DIN gauge.

I think the DIN location is high enough to allow the driver to easily read the gauges.

You'd lose the GPS functionality since you have to remove the 2 DIN OEM unit, but who uses that anyway? lol

Paging @neutron256

I think it would work great and pretty easy. I'd did a lot of planning but actual install time for my gauge setup was a few hours.

I went the easy way for oil pressure/temp sensors and just used a oil filter sandwich adapter. The only problem with that is you need a spacer to clear the lip around the oil filter. I also might relocate the oil temp sensor because where it is now reads after oil has passed through the oil cooler.

I still need to install my water temp sensor. I need to modify the radiator inlet hose so I'm waiting on a replacement hose. I hate doing a job I can't switch back to stock.

My desktop CNC mill is up and running at last. I still need to do some tweaks, and get the hang of using it but very exciting to have this capability at home.

There's an SCCA PDX event on July 7th. Thinking of bringing this (see below) to the event while I wait for Eibach to revalve my coilovers.

I'm scheduled to work that day so unfortunately I cannot take that day off like I thought I was going to.

Do you know of any AutoX events coming up?

There's one this Sunday and a couple more in July. See schedule.

I plan to attend intermediate school (7/20) and the non-points (test and tune) the next day as long as my coilovers are back.

Hopefully the driver didn't ignore you and at least waved.
