While opening the door I must have hit the lock sensor. So the door was partially open but still locked. It confused me for a minute! I've had it for three months and haven't had this happen yet! Pushed the door back in and opened it as usual. Heh heh!

You have to order it from Japan as no U.S. dealers can get it. It's about $600 shipped. I considered some of the others before deciding on the STI. I'm very satisfied with my choice as the fit is flawless and I have to admit that I love the little 'STI' logo on the front. I just got the front lip...not sure if I want the sideskirts or not.

How does this happen? These cars are so small already. My WRX got dinged up all the time, but that's because it was standard size plus widebody. Seeing your parking position is how I would normally park so as not to favor one side too much. Should give other people plenty of swinging room to get in and out.

The dent looks big and smooth enough to have it easily popped out. Terrible to see still.

Finally got my car dropped with some Eibach pro kit springs. Didn't blow the struts in the process and she rides like a dream now, much better than stock! Threw some white LEDs into my smoked sidemarkers while I was at it too.

the car rides better? so your saying i can lower my car and make the ride quality better? i would have figured that it would make the ride more harsh. its harsh enough rite now with the stock suspension and ride height, the roads suck in ny.

so r u saying that it handles better or the ride quality is better?

I think the ride quality is actually better than stock. The bumps aren't as harsh, the turning is better, and everything just feels smoother.

I've heard other people say the same thing, but I didn't believe it until I experienced it for myself. I've had a few lowered cars before, mostly on coilovers, and the ride was always harsher, but not so with these springs. They're better in every way.

It actually surprised the shit out of me. I expected to get tossed around on every bump, but it just didn't happen. I even had to take 3 speedbumps and not only did I have no issue clearing them, the new springs took them better than my stock springs did.
