Actually, the past few seasons has been lacking as well. Maybe the effects of budget cuts? But I'm really hoping for a good season! I just saw a re-run of the episode where they created customized police cars. I've seen that episode 3-4 times and I still find it funny.

I always watch past episodes. Best Seasons I feel were 13-15. Something must of happened for Season 19 to be sooo short.
Hope 20 is better... more of those buy a used $1500 car thats a POS and drive very far. I love those. Best episode ever is when they buy SUVs and go to the jungle near panama.
