Figured I would update after nearly 3000 miles on the 0's. Just returned from my 2200 mile road trip to Asylum up in Eureka Springs, Arkansas on the Tarmac 0's and I absolutely loved the ride. Through smooth pavement, down right awful graded roads, and mountain passes I never had an extremely harsh ride and it was very comfortable even my passengers commented on the ride quality.

Wow, I was thinking of going with RCE Yellows with Konis but I just changed my mind. After reading through all of the pages I think for me the Zeros with 280/280 combo will be just right. Now, I just need to gather up all of my pennies hahaha. Still trying to decide on which wheels to go with and size although I wouldn't mind two pairs of shoes . Maybe someone could answer this question for me that has more experience. Since the Tarmac Zeros are based of the KW3's would these be something to consider http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...t=34814&page=2 I know they were initially designed for KW3's but can be configured for any model? Thanks.

If the tophats fit the KWs, they'll fit ours. Never used the Raceseng tops before though. Important to figure out if they use the Subaru conical washer or provide their own solution.

EDIT: looks like they have their own solution. looks like good stuff.

what's the issue with going past 1" and not doing LCA? Can't you just get camber bolts to fix that?

Camber bolts are for front camber. The rear options are 1. bushings or 2. lower control arms. The bushings have a limited camber correction range and from what I hear are a complete pain to install. Really depends on what you are using the car for and how much of a stickler for a precise alignment you are.

I lowered the car 1.25" on the 0's and have no camber correction, I posted my alignment specs earlier. I will probably get the front bolts, but my car is a DD and my alignment specs are good enough for that.

Probably not a lot needed for me... What LCA did you select? I was peeking at the SPC Performance one.
