sorry but these are not complete part #'s
these diagrams show PNC's, (part number codes) you are missing the second half of the part #. Toyota part numbers are usually 10 digits, unless the piece is colour coded then hey are 12 digits.

So, did he specify them as the USDM HIDs? If so, that is interesting and wonder what makes them different...

Looks like all of this is a fail. I would recommend taking the money for these improvements and begin to start a fund for a turbo kit.
