Octane effects more than knock resistance. Flame front speed is also effected, for example.
False. Specific gravity effects how fast a fuel burns, but the octane rating doesn't.

*Only because fast burning hydrocarbons also happen to be light, for the most part.

Right, and the SG of two different octane fuels is different?

It may or may not be, but spouting off about octane rating effecting flame front speed is ridiculous. Some of the highest octane fuels out there are also the fastest burning.

It typically does when you're comparing apples to apples. I'm not talking about comparing leaded fuels, avgas or anything, to typical gas pump petroleum.

The discussion is about effective things relevant to the subject, not a science lesson for the pedants.

Oh I get it now. Since its not a science lesson we're allowed to say AKI effects two things we know it doesn't effect. Got it.

I don't know about the celica turbo u mentioned above. What I said was the basic principle of Forced Induction system. Fear or however you take it, I dont care. It s not my car, and I don't earn money here.

Unless, you can find some professional to change those principle. I found your post were nothing more than arrogant attitude, and off the topic.
