Well depending on how next week goes there might not be much to debate anymore.

Unfortunately I won't be able to hang after the track. I have a 2 hour drive back to phoenix, and have to be up at 5am for work the next morning

Got my car washed... not as clean as I'd like it, but was in a rush. I think it's far better than I had it before, in part because of the Detailer spray, and I think also in part because I took a $9 chance on a '[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Pilot-Automotive-CC-2010-Water-Blade/dp/B002BELP3Y/"]water blade[/ame]' (Cheaper at WalMart than Amazon). This thing worked pretty damn well, although obviously does leave some lines behind, but those are easily cleaned up with a towel and detailer spray. Wasn't able to clean the interior at all, but hey, I'm not showing the car right?

Have you used the meguiers micro fiber drying cloth? They work wonders.

I haven't, are you speaking of [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Meguiars-Supreme-Shine-Microfiber-Cloths/dp/B0009IQZH0/"]this[/ame], [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Meguiars-Water-Magnet-Drying-Towel/dp/B0009IQZFM/"]this[/ame] or [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Meguiars-Ultimate-Wipe-Detailing-Cloth/dp/B0002SQYC8/"]this[/ame]? I was real close to buying a microfiber cloth this evening, but it was about $9, and I'd never heard of the brand, and I was 'trying' not to spend even more on car wash supplies, lol. It looked and felt nice though.

The water magnet one! All you have to do is spread the towel and wipe without using any pressure. Easy no scratches soaks up quick and drying time is a lot less.

Lol speaking of cleaning supplies. I am slowly accumulating a lot of them. So far I have:

Fan spray with Foam Soap adapter
Wash Mitt
Microfiber wrapped sponge
Wheel Brush
2 Buckets
Water softener adapter for the hose.
Meguiar's Deep Crystal Shampoo
Meguiar's Polish
Meguiar's Liquid Wax
Meguiar's Quick detail
Turtle Wax Black detail
Tire Shine tire care spray
Invisible Glass spray
Meguiar's Water Magnet Drying cloth
(20) Wallmart microfiber cloth

Oh yeah I listed what I have so far as my cleaning supplies if you're wondering. Having a black car makes you obsessed with cleaning lol.

Link?

Side Note: For tomorrow's track day, I will have about half a tank of 91 octane when I pass by Love's. Should I fill up on 100 octane (effectively giving me about 95-96 octane) or is it not really worth it if my car is bone stock, and this being my first time at a track?

The car was designed to run on 93, just saying.

It works wonders. Well to be more specific, Windex leaves that spectrum shine while the invisible glass (pardon the pun) makes it like invisible. I won't be in town this weekend but I'll bring it next weekend at the pavs

I have done plenty of conversions in my day from stock to big brake kits and I have also done a bunch of drum brakes to disk brakes. If you need some pointers let me know.
