I see, and I guess it makes sense to get a new FRS which meets your preferences. If you really like the 10 series, I'd say get it. It is hard to get one once they are sold out.

The HID's and the Dual Climate are the reasons I want it, but BRZ aren't gonna be sold here till next year, so the 10 series is my only option... Not complaining about it... I am however tired of waiting...

Thanks! Good to know if I ever get around to my FR-S front bumper conversion. Seen a Raven front bumper for $200 on eBay. Now this kit for $335... Pretty tempting!

Dealerships should be adding this option to the Series 10. Would look sweet.

I know some members are looking into getting plaque for center console. The 10 Series should of had numbered plaques located in the center console in the first place that lit up like the outside badging when entering the vehicle (instead of illuminated dash) like this

I just saw this information on a fog light option for the series 10 as code LJ. Anyone know how late you can change the option on your vehicle order before it gets to the dealership? My vehicle's scheduled build date is 6/24. I wonder if they can still add this option without pushing my car build and delivery date back. Any guesses or information on this?

The lights themselves were going to be at least another 3k. In the long I'd prolly end up modding and paying around the same I guess. It's not ideal how things happenend. I think I might miss my original color, but I'm going to be happy with the limitedness of the Series 10 and its additional features.

Hmm...I might be interested in the foglight option if it operates the rear fog light as well. Tbh, I'd rather have the insert w/ brake ducting anyway.

On a side note. Just heard my early build 10 series is still in Japan and will come over w/ others that have not been built yet. The latter builds were already shipped and should be at the port today. The dealer has no idea why this is. I'm back to worrying that they messed up something w/ the early batch...

I finally decided to register a username after following over 80 pages of news, speculation and witty banter. I left a sizeable deposit in the first few days of April, knew more than my salesperson through the entire process, kept on his ass to make sure he secured an allocation, finally wrote up a bill of sale two weeks ago, and am now (im)patiently awaiting delivery. I've heard everything from "Anytime now!" to "First week of August." Grrrrr.

It's currently on a train making it's way to the Toronto warehouse before the dealership. How much should I be worrying about rail dust? Are there any steps I should inform my dealership to make upon delivery? I want my baby shiny!

Random facts:

A) Took advantage of the grad program.
B) Got hosed into selecting the old Bespoke unit, as I'm in Canada. I'm crossing the border as soon as I can to order in the new 6.1 Touchscreen Bespoke unit.
C) My dealership was mistakenly allocated an Automatic for me, although they were able to secure a 10 Series from another dealership located in the middle of nowhere, who had no idea what "10 Series Trim" meant.
