I think tire rack is the sole vender for that specific enkei rim. I plan on getting a set for next season

I spoke to Discount tire direct. They do not sell Enkeis anymore. They also don't sell BFG Rivals

Oh? I had a local Discount tell me they could get them directly from Enkei and at $205 each, but that was 2-3 months ago

For autox? Why such a narrow tire?

Dont want to oversize on a street tire. It isnt like an RComp where 245s are fine on a 7". You'd have too soft of a sidewall.

Though 225 seems to be the preferred choice in Z2s and Rivals (I use 215s for RS3s)

Are you curious to see how well a 235/40 will fit on the wheel? I unfortunately don't have a pic, but I've seen 235/40 ZII's on an FRS for autox. It didn't look very pinched, at all.

I personally wouldn't hesidate to put a 235 on a 7" wheel.

Entirely tire dependent, imo. The Z2s and Rivals have fairly stiff sidewalls and can handle a bit of over-tire. RS3s side wall is supposedly much softer than both the Rival and Z2.

A 235 will fit, but you can't get a BFG Rival or RE-11A in a 235/40. You are limited to ZIIs. This isn't a bad thing, but some people may wan ta different tire.

^ You can get a 235/45 for the R-S3 and RE-11A.

235/45 is a little tall for autocrossing.
