I was thinking Sunday night. Leave at 6:00 to arrive in Bayfield just before sunset. Enjoy sunset photo op and ice cream then head back along the blue water highway. Not very twisty, but it's pretty and a good drive.

My long weekend is all family this time around. I love the idea though. I was even looking at walkie-talkies today.

Also, sounds like Sombats on Thursday doesn't work for most of you, next Thursday? Friday? Suggestions?

I'm going to be here at work until late, but I'll be off the clock. So if anyone want to come in we can get some Spicy Chicken at Sombats. Then if we do Friday... Well, nothing wrong with Sombats two days in a row.

Saving??? pahh! You know you're both going to get helmets sooner or later. They're only going to go UP in price. Inflation right. When you both go to the track with Miko, The second driver is half price. Half! You read that right! I'm paying TWICE as much! Whoa!

Since I don't have a back up car, the track worries me a little. I'm still looking to get some HDPE in, so, probably still need to get a helmet at some point or another. Unfortunately, I neglected to realize that I have a blood donation appointment tonight at the KW Blood Donor Clinic at 7:20 pm. So, that is where I'll be for an hour or so.

We're going with our buddy James to cheer him on (and possible drag race him) at the CSCS day at Grand Bend this weekend. Never been to a track (no judging!) so looking forward to checking out what it's like.

Only a matter of time; we both really, REALLY want to take Miko to the track!

It's a very safe environment, noob friendly, and no racing. Just lapping as fast as you are comfortable with.
