I heard about this being in development. I'd definitely be interested in it pending more information.

How does it affect paint?
How long does it last?
What kind of prep work is involved?
Does it bond molecularly?

Doesn't it come out foggy? They said they're still working on a clear version of this as the current one leaves a foggy appearance.

I wonder if it's tacky or smooth/slippery to the touch. Put it on your tires and own wet track days.

The mirrors looks fine. The back windshield does look a tad foggy but its hard to tell with the tint.

I guess I should have specified and said I didn't do this on the front for the fog reasons. I literally see no fog in the mirrors though. It's shocking thin as far as the application though. If you have a clear glass, spray some of it on there to see the visibility ratio.

Hmm.

No.

A few things to consider:

This stuff isn;t permanent.

Also if i'm correct, if you want your car to be shinny with wax, it wouldn't work well from what I've read on other forums. It sort of counteracts shine. So if your lazy, I'd stick with Opti coat.

Also: Car wax has a contact angle of 95 degrees. NeverWet creates a contact angle of 165 degrees. If the contact angle were 180 degrees, any water touching it would form a perfect sphere.

I forgot, what is the high temperature point of the product?

If you read the directions, it is not a durable surface. Soaps, oils, and high pressure water will degrade it.
