Screw that block heater! If the car don't turn, I flip that car and move on to the next one! hahaha

So you DON'T dress for the weather and you seek out gas stations that leave you smelling like gasoline?!

I guess if I had to deal with full service then I wouldn't complain. hahaha You're not supposed to tip them, are you? Because I didn't...

Always keep appropriate wx gear within reach, but DD's are in an attached garage so don't need any while driving.

And yeah, I do tip my regular attendants. I don't think anyone else does, but my tip is in the form of a monthly big box of mixed donuts. They come running to my car first even if I arrive last.

Your posts reminded me of those cold test days on a frozen lake outside of Fairbanks. Brutal, in the middle of winter, 24 hours of darkness and once a low temp of -63°F IIRC. Most of the name vehicle manufactures were there. The only ones firing up that day were Toyotas.

OK, back to 10 Series, sorry for the OT diversion.

lol Thanks for entertaining my diversion! Squarebanks can burn in hell! I'd be doin' them a favor!

If I were still into donuts, I would be jealous of the gas station attendants that you attended to...

On-Topic:
So what shift knob is the manual transmission Series 10 getting?

I have a Canadian AT on the way, so it doesn't come with it either way. Meh not that big of a deal. I initially thought kinda tacky but I can change to a red LED to match the interior, but looking further at the pictures it looked like a white LED with a blue plastic cap. So would of clashed a bit anyway. Can always go aftermarket something else.

Of course the bigger letdown is no 6.1" touchscreen in Canada, so that kinda outweighed any feeling of not getting a shiftknob

I think I meant to ask:

"Is that kind of a letdown for you guys that you only get the generic shift knob?"

Seems like they could've gone the extra mile and given you something nice to hold on to as you row through gears. Like, were you guys hoping for something special? I'm sure your answers are the same, but just thought I'd clarify.
