Hi all. I just picked up my 6MT BRZ Limited in WRB. It's an awesome feeling that you finally get to drive a car that you followed ever since it was still a concept.

New BRZ Hartford Ct.

Two days now. This is the first automatic sports car I have ever owned. Still have GTS for track days. This auto shifts faster than the GTS with short throw TRD shifter could be power shifted. When the syncros were healthy ( 181000 mi now ). So that is a good thing. Trying to come up with a bike transport solution ( have to put the tall boy extra large inside fits but too cozy ) . Looking for the best snow tire solution.

I am 21 years old and I currently live in Victoria for school. I received my Silver BRZ sport-tech (limited) 6MT on 5/23. It is a fantastic car and comparing the handling to my previous Audi A4 2.0T, is like night and day. I love the precision and almost nonexistent body roll.
I have so far put 1200km on it and can't wait until I have fully broken in the engine. I plan on putting some quality mods (exhausts/ intake first, then rims/tires, then turbo/kit) but all in due time as I would like to get bored of the stock goodies first.
I will keep you guys all posted on the progress of the car.

How's it going everybody! I've been lurking on this forum for a while and decided to create an account. I plan on picking up a 2014 BRZ when they arrive later this year.

I already introduced myself in the Southwest forums, but I'm a proud new BRZ owner.

Picked up a blue pearl BRZ limited on Tuesday. I love this car. I've already put a couple hundred miles on it, and it's just such a blast to drive.

I came to this from a 2007 Civic SI coupe. I loved that car as well, but I've been a bit bored with it for the past couple years. I took out both a BRZ and a WRX on a test drive, hoping I could convince myself that the more practical WRX was the right choice.

Yeah, totally didn't happen. Went back for the BRZ the next day.

Being a married man, I had to get the wife's blessing. So, the salesman let me take her out for one last spin before I got the official blessing. I took her out for a quick spin and came back.

"You realize it has almost no back seat, right?"
me: I have seen pictures of baby seats back there! It's practical!

"You realize this still has two doors?"
me: Yup!

"You realize how low this is to the ground?"
me: Yup!

"Do you love it?"
me: Yup!

"... Fine."

Got my black BRZ on 6/10/13. First MT, RWD sports car I've ever owned. Love it so far. Just this morning on my way home from work figured out the reason I was having jerky starts (letting the clutch out too quick) even though i THOUGHT i was letting it out slow. Not doing too bad for teaching myself. Still a long way to go but man..... I will never buy another automatic. Even at low speed, this car is amazingly fun to drive. As my shifts get smoother and smoother, it's getting harder and harder to not want to give it the beans..... Damn break in period

Hello my name is Michael. I Have a 2011 WRX (previously had a 2005 WRX) and seriosuly debating the switch to the BRZ. Trying to do as much research as I can! Hopefully test driving one tomorrow at a dealership and I will then know if I will fall helplessly in love!

Hey Everyone,
I've been lurking during the purchasing process, but I finally want to introduce myself. I'm from Socal, and I just signed and Fedexed my paperwork back to Clint in CO so now I sit and wait for delivery of my SSM 6MT Limited. I can't wait! Thanks to the forum members, especially CO>CA cartel people who wrote about their experiences and made everything very easy. Pics to come soon hopefully!
