Saw my first BRZ at Hooters on Hilsborough Ave a few weeks ago. Today I saw my first FR-S turning onto Waters from Dale Mabry. Both of them in SWP. Hopefully going to pick one up in the next few weeks.

Where did you guys with the FR-S's purchase from?

Sup guys? Just picked up my Asphalt FR-S. I go to USF and live pretty nearby. Are there any FRS / BRZ clubs at all?

I'm coming to the FR-S from a miata and one thing I will say for miatas is that they have TONS of clubs. I went to Miatapalooza in April and there were over 300 miatas there.

Would love to find similar things for 86 culture. Either way, new to the forums, glad to be here.

Also Courtesy Toyota in Brandon is a pretty nice dealership. If you negotiate hard you can get a pretty nice deal from them. They discounted MRSP and later had to restructure my deal because they weren't allowed to discount because of PurePrice. They just bumped my trade-in up by the difference so the price was the same.

I paid less than MRSP for a barebones car and it also came with factory tint and borla catback exhaust. I wouldn't have paid for the exhaust or tint but they were both included and cost me nothing. Also having a warrantied exhaust is never a bad thing I guess ^_^

Got my car a few weeks ago. Does anyone want to plan to meet up at some point? July 7th I am going to be racing at the FAST autox at SPC. I know one other BRZ is going but wanted to see if a few more of you guys were interested in joining.

I might be interested, but I have a busy work schedule coming up next month so we'll see. What color is your car?

There are about 16 slots open in the afternoon session which is the one I am going to attend. They seem to be filling up pretty fast so if you are interested you will probably want to sign up soon.

My car is white and you can see that there is another white BRZ registered also. This will be my first event so if you have never done it then we can learn together.

What: Autocross!

Where: St. Pete College
When: Sunday, July 7th (must pre-reg by July 4)
Details: This FAST event will be split into two sessions so it will only take up half of your day! There are a few slots left in the Early session (before noon) and plenty left in the Late session (afternoon), but they could go quickly. Driver's lunch is included with the $30 entry fee. Novices are welcome, and first-timers are well cared for. Come on out, you'll have a good time! But, remember that pre-registration is required!
