I assume there's not a pre-drilled hole for the jet.

Thats why they call it a kit....lol
If it were predrilled someone would run nitrous and complain when it blows the supercharger off the manifold.

As maligned as the Airaid intake was, it had a threaded insert for meth in the intake tube...so I was just wondering if there was a nifty feature like that here.

Looks like an easy drill..interested to see the results, especially with meth. Are you going to be running the meth initially or are you just hooking up for a later tune?

Can't wait for numbers from people on this forum. This is the front runner for FI on my FR-S. Perfect amount of extra power, easy install, and instant boost which keeps the car feeling the same with linear power just more of it.

With a draw-through blower, it acts more like a throttlebody. You would have 500hp worth of air trying to be inhaled through it instead of shoved through it.

To touch on Mines13's good point---my Goal is 15psi or simply one atmosphere of pressure. With 7.5psi, you are adding 1/2 the displacement worth of air (The "box 6 feeling" that has been associated with the Sprintex.) With 14psi, you are doubling the airflow of the existing engine. That would feel like a "Boxer 8", basically. 21psi would be a "Boxer 10". 29psi would be a "Boxer 12".

Goals are important. The versatility among the boosted options are a healthy thing. These are like different masks or characters for the same car .

A "hit" of power or "yank" (torque)---Roots, twin screw, n/a--good for autocross or tight road course, drift (IMO...).
A "rush" of power, or "horsepower"---Turbo, centrifugal, nitrous---good for drag, standing mile, fast road course.

14psi making 400hp or thereabouts would tickle my fancy. I don't know if the valve springs could do it, though. These are supposedly weaker than the WRX. Anyone know for sure?
The guy tuning the Sprintex car (and mine) has recommend the valve springs be replaced in the cams already as he says he has noticed possible signs of valve float.

That's a lot more work than most would be looking at doing. Is that all all the kits or only the ones that are aiming for higher hp levels?

We will see... the plan is to start a meth tune but I don't think I will be running it on the track this sunday with the meth tune. I need to know the tune/failsafe's are 100% working.

Looks good - I do believe this kit is the perfect choice for everyone who said they think the car is perfect as-is but it just needs another 50 or so horses. Can't wait to see more customer installs of this.

I presume the whole non-disclosure thing is done with? Oh I see you're not in North America, so not restricted by the Innovate NDA. Disregard.
