Tuck, can you add my name to the list as a "maybe"? Going to push the envelope and see if the wifey lets me play 2 weekends in a row. Also if anyone's up for meeting up to caravan out there beforehand, let me know. Done the Sister's before, but don't know much else north of 1604...

I'll throw you on the list! we meet up at whataburger (8:00am) and cruise out to the apple store in Medina form there and on to the twists and turns of the hill country.

either John or i will post the roll chart as we get closer to the date! You'll enjoy the roads out in my neck of the woods!

Hey, we need to bump this thread up and get some more names on here!!! Our all time record for BRZ/FRS 3SIST3RS run attendees was 10. With all the new SATX86 owners around now we ought to get at least a solid 15 going this time!!!

What: Twisted SIST3RS Run - Ranch Roads 337, 336, 335 near Leakey, TX

Why: Why not? ....Because Racecar!!! This may be our last SATX86 group run until cooler weather in the Fall.

When: Saturday, June 22nd, meetup points @ 8AM @ Whataburger in Boerne, TX and 9AM @ Apple Store in Medina, TX. Lunch @ The Bent Rim Grill in Leakey, TX after the run.

Newbys are Welcomed to join us!!! Come on you non-newbys!!!

We do not leave anyone behind and we usually make a few brief stops along the way for pics. Faster drivers in the front, less faster drivers to the rear. It's gonna be FUN!!! You know you want to. Best $25 in gas you'll spend having a blast on some twisties up-shifting/down-shifting and apexing some curves. Let's get Tuckdaddy busy updating this list and break our last 3SIST3RS attendance record!!!

Tentative Roll Chart:

MEETUP SPOT AT 7:45 - 8:00 AM: Whataburger IH10 at HWY 46 in Boerne.

1) DEPARTURE FROM WHATABURGER: 8:00 AM

2) TAKE A LEFT ON HWY 46 TO HEAD FOR HWY 16 AND TAKE RIGHT TO BANDERA, TEXAS.

3) CONTINUE ON HWY 16 THROUGH BANDERA TO MEDINA, TX. IN MEDINA, STOP AT THE APPLE STORE ON THE RIGHT.

MEETUP SPOT AT 9:00 AM: Apple Store, Medina, TX.

4) DEPARTURE FROM APPLE STORE: Approx. 9:15 AM

5) FROM MEDINA, HEAD OUT AGAIN ON HWY 16 FOR A FEW BLOCKS AND TAKE A LEFT ON RR337 HEADING WEST TO LEAKEY, TEXAS. RADAR HAS BEEN NOTED ON THIS STRETCH IN THE PAST, MIDWAY - BEFORE ENCOUNTERING TWISTIES.

6) ARRIVE IN LEAKEY, LEFT ON HWY 83 - GO DOWN TO THE STRIPES CONVENIENCE STORE AT FARM ROAD 1120. BRIEF 15 MINUTE PIT STOP AND LAST CHANCE FOR GAS, SNACKS, CELL PHONE CALLS, ETC. (AT&T is the only carrier that works in Leakey.)

COUNTER-CLOCKWISE RUN: (Clockwise-We'd head for Camp Wood first.)

7) NORTH ON HWY 83 ABOUT A MILE FROM TOWN AND TAKE RR336 TO TEXAS 41.

8) LEFT ON TEXAS 41 HEADING WEST. SOME LONG CURVY, HILLY, MOSTLY STRAIGHT HIGHWAY FOR 15 MILES.

9) FROM STATE HWY 41, TAKE RR 335 ON THE LEFT.

10) TOWARD THE END OF THE STRETCH ON 335 WE WILL TAKE A LEFT ON HWY 55 TO CAMP WOOD. WATCH FOR RADAR NEAR CAMP WOOD.

11) FROM HWY 55 IN CAMP WOOD TAKE A LEFT ON TO RR 337 TO HEAD BACK TO LEAKEY. RADAR HAS BEEN NOTED ON THIS STRETCH IN THE PAST.

12) BEFORE ARRIVING BACK IN LEAKEY ON RR 337 - STOP FOR LUNCH AT THE BENT RIM GRILL (Burgers and fries) 657 West RR 337 (1/2 mile west of Hwy 83).
