Subaru FR-S according to va dmv
I was looking over my registration earlier and noticed it states i own a "Subaru FR-S" Anyone else having this issue with their state? Anyone driving a "Scion BRZ?"

The same thing happened to me. All my paperwork from my Scion dealer said I bought aSubaru FR-S. Then my insurance company sent out id cards and has it listed a Toyota as the make and the model is a Scion FR-S.

I wonder if that DMV is getting the make from the VIN. Since the second character of the VIN is an F, it's a Subaru according to the VIN.

hahaha, my insurance originally put Subaru SBC. Don't know how that sounds like BRZ at all.

The tag from the keys on mine say "Subaru FR-S" and my Insurance says "Toyota Scion FR-S". Can't wait to see what my registration says!
