Subaru FR-S according to va dmv
 

I was looking over my registration earlier and noticed it states i own a "Subaru FR-S" Anyone else having this issue with their state? Anyone driving a "Scion BRZ?" :)

The same thing happened to me. All my paperwork from my Scion dealer said I bought aSubaru FR-S. Then my insurance company sent out id cards and has it listed a Toyota as the make and the model is a Scion FR-S.

Mine says Toyota scion

The VA DMV couldn't even get my truck right. It says my Tundra is a Tacoma...

I got an email for a Scion survey regarding my recent purchase of a TMC-UNK...

I wonder if that DMV is getting the make from the VIN. Since the second character of the VIN is an F, it's a Subaru according to the VIN.

"But officer, that couldn't have been me, you said you saw a Scion, my registration clearly says Subaru" :D

hahaha, my insurance originally put Subaru SBC. Don't know how that sounds like BRZ at all.

My temp tags were Lexus FR-S. :popcorn:

Mine says Toyota Scion FR-S.

It's worked for me.

My insurance said the VIN was coming up as a Scion iQ.

The tag from the keys on mine say "Subaru FR-S" and my Insurance says "Toyota Scion FR-S". Can't wait to see what my registration says!
