Anyone in Arlington/Rosslyn with TRD Exhaust?

Hi all,

Is there anyone in Arlington, VA (I'm in Rosslyn) area that has the TRD exhaust installed on their FR-S/BRZ? I just had the TRD exhaust installed on my BRZ, and I'm not fully convinced it was installed correctly. Had it installed by a mechanic in the family in Chicago while I took some time off to visit family there, and on the drive back to DC it was obnoxiously loud (boomy sound), to the point where I could barely hear the radio (70-75mph). Definitely not something I was expecting, as all the reviews and the videos say it's a relatively 'quiet' exhaust - the one I heard in person a couple months before installing was from the outside.

Before looking for a shop here in the area to check for exhaust leaks, thought it would be smart to compare to another car, and to meet a fellow Toyobaru owner as well. There's the bi-weekly Fairfax meet I could try to go to, but my schedule always seems to conflict with that event. If anyone is able/willing to meetup, please PM me.

I guess I limited myself geographically too much. Anyone in the wider DC area willing/able to show off their TRD exhaust? I'm willing to drive out to wherever you are. I'm pretty convinced the install is wrong (leak somewhere in exhaust), but just seeking final audible confirmation, as I'll need to find a local shop to fix it (admittedly in hindsight having it installed far away from home was not the smartest thing I did)
