Lol, was going to put a new thread but searched and found this one!! Had all the info i needed for exhaust. I was trying to see if getting a catless front pipe was legal in OR, if not would a Higher flow cat be legal and someone already posted that it's legal to get a higher flow cat but not really a catless! OR is awesome compared to Cali!! lol
I probably won't be moving to Portland as it's one of the few places in OR (at least from what i know and have heard) that do emissions. I've heard most everywhere else except for one other city in OR, don't require emission checks. I will probably be moving to the Warrenton or Astoria area when i finally get over there hopefully by 2015 or so. |

Likely Portland and Salem - state capitol.
Astoria is awesome. Try out 202 once you get there.

@BrzRacer ,maybe not what you intended in the first place. But perhaps this idea will give you new direction on your theme you were going for.

Actually, Washington is switching over and getting rid of emissions testing... Everything from 2009 up will never have to do emissions... Every car sold on WA has to be smog coded like California. In 2015 they are closing down all of the sites. At least that's what I was told by a manager of a local vehicle licencing location.
