***New Emblems***

So let me know your feed back. I didnt like the Subaru or Toyota emblem and wanted something unique. So I broke the Subaru section out of the front emblem. Used 3m carbon fiber vinyl as a backing and used the gt86 jdm pistons in the middle. I think it turned out very well. Now we just need a vendor to make this (my quality isnt the best) . Having noted that I think it turned out awesome.

The carbon will probably make the emblem look like a zit on a lighter car.

Thanks, for the comments. This was a first attempt. If I did it again id fill it in with resin. Would still love a vendor or someone to pump these out. Super easy to do. Ill try and remember to do a dyi write up tomorrow.

That seems to work nicely. CF may be a bit...
The rear opposed pistons I can get behind. What would that look like replicated on the front?
If it fits inside the front oval with a bit of reveal around the edges, I could see that working better for me.

Kind of a less is more aesthetic.

The backing on the front emblem could be anything. I had CF vinyl so I decided to use it. The front needs the rings or the gazio backing, something to fill in the oval cutout in the front bumper. Somewhere on here a guy just put the front piston on with no backing and to me it needed something more. If or when the vinyl comes off maybe ill paint it a flat black or a different color.

It's great to see something fresh. I dig the rear but the front makes the car look like It has a weird nose with the opposin pistons. Maybe pistons in the back and the 86 symbol in the front?
