ugh 42 dollars to ship to Canada

Something about paying 3.5 times as much as american's have to for shipping always urks me

I'm in America and I have to pay 3.5 times more for shipping. Sometimes people lump Alaska with Canada or say they can ONLY ship UPS Red or FedEx Next Day, which isn't true. USPS Flat Rate Boxes work fine up here and Ground shipments are fine, too. We don't get "3-day" service, though. Just Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day. Within Alaska we can't ship 2nd Day.

Push comes to shove I have stuff shipped to my job's Seattle branch and shipped up.

Seriously...?

No offense but wtf is with all vendors on this forum charging ridiculous amounts for shipping to Canada. USPS doesn't charge near that much to ship stuff up here.

Plus duties on top of the 42$ makes this a ~170$ hood strut now. Sigh.
