Wish we could have put something together for this past weekend, probably the last warm weekend of the year. But if the weather looks good we should do something this weekend (17-18).

It would have been a great weekend for sure. I got out Friday late night but the rest of my weekend was spent getting my truck prepped for the winter months.

I've had my car at Fuel's Cars & Coffee a couple times, but haven't seen another 86 there. I'm at Dry Ridge right now for my 15,000 mile service!

I will have to see where that is at, never heard of it. I just got back in town for thanksgiving weekend and today hit some road with FR-S. Was great weather, not both windows down all way m but pretty dang close!.
I just hit 2k miles, that is due to me working out of town since I bought it so those are all hard weekend miles.
Oh the main road traffic is off the chart nightmare......

How about a Cinci SCCA autocross? That's some fun stuff, even on stock tires.

I don't know how i missed this thread.
My name is Jon. I am in Dayton, live in riverside and own a performance / fabrication shop in Westcarrollton /centerville area. We have specialized in Nissan 240s for the last few years. One of my friends picked up a BRZ over the summer so we are looking forward to spending a winter tearing into it and building it and parts for it. We are looking to build a nice turbo kit for it some time in February. We will be doing a few small things until then, mainly bushings and suspension stuff. He is reluctant to let me try exhaust or intake parts due to replacing it all when the turbo setup gets built.

If any of you need a good local source for parts hit me up. We have been building our BRZ/FR-s Catalog up on our website. I am also starting to stock some parts here and there, but they are going out just as fast as i get them in. our website is Forcedfabllc.com.

Went there today, 11-24, around 10am. Lot was full. I thought there was a gas station or something in mix. Did a drive by and was like thats it! Small coffee shack with crowd getting some java as it was cold. Good mix of people young and old and the cars matched that mix. Pulled in parked in far corner, and thankful to an older gentleman who came over and said hello, made me not feel so out of place. Some subarus in mix and mine was only FR-S. Took some phone pics and went ahead and rolled out. Not much of a talker, so, hit road. Maybe next week some fr-s/brZ can meet there then hit road to Rabbit Hash.

I'll be sure to start a thread or two when the season starts up again. It's a great time, and everyone I've ever met at an event has been super friendly and helpful. If you've never done it before, you won't be the only newbie.

See ya in the Spring!

We will most likely hosting a drift practice once or twice a month up here at kilkare. Anyone is welcome to come out and use the track. You don't have to drift you can use it to hot lap some corners. We normally have access to the circle track with infield on Tuesday evenings. Cost is really cheap for the 4-5 hours of track time. There are not usually a whole lot of cars so we run 5 min lap sessions or so. Everyone gets a ton of on track time. I'll make a thread about it when we work out details.
