Yes the exhaust is very nice - maybe too loud for some but certainly not the loudest one I've heard on one of these cars before.

This exhaust is probably good for 70% out there - the other 30% will want the Perrin, Accelerated Performance or P&L's new quiet exhaust.

Yes thanks, I've been hard at work - and so has EcuTek.

Last night / this morning we had some new developments @ EcuTek for the BRZ - New stuff is always fun!

I'm looking for loud, the louder the better so if you say this loud then I want it. Looking forward to pairing it up with my stage 1 whenever I get it (GB member)

John
Got my cable from Perrin (hold your horses before you call them, I'm a tester for them), they will post a new thread of their own when they are ready for orders.
Waiting for my files from John-will you be sending the newest latest and greatest BRZ files my way?

i'm NOT in a hurry, just wanna know where you are, call me if you need to. Looking for both the BRZ versions of pump gas and e85..

Pretty please have them do the exact same thing but with oil temperature.

Even better, turn the "analog" speedometer into the gauge. Ironically, the mph will be the Celsius scale and kph will be Fahrenheit. As an a-f gauge, use 146 kph for stoich.

The analog speedo is so useless as is, let's turn it into something good!

question/request, can we have it to where it replaces the overall MPG instead of the livetime avg? or even get rid of a trip meter for it like trip B or something?

I'm willing to bet most of us would do the same if we had an extra 15 grand or so : )

I think this is impossible to be had from the ECU, as there is no sensor for it on the car. You would need to install an aftermarket sensor to get that reading.

Actually there is an oil temperature sensor. It is right under the oil filter cup. The dealer scan software can read the values and the last drive "max" value is stored.

Hehe... I'm thinking about this thing:
[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Moeller-DuraMax-Transfer-14-Gallon-Rolling/dp/B000MT94QA/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top"]Amazon.com: Moeller DuraMax Flo n' Go LE Fluid Transfer Pump and 14-Gallon Rolling Gas Can: Sports & Outdoors[/ame]

Wonder how hard it would be to get in and out of the trunk though...

I actually was considering this thing when I first researched my options. It's like ~$120 on ebay and transports 14gallons. Honestly you're paying for the cool looking hose and other neat features. I paid $18 per 5 gallon jug at Walmart and it does the same thing for me. It came down to math and budget.
