Turbo isn't specific to manual or automatic but you'll get more out of it with a manual. Now that thats out of the way, you should have bought a manual

At first I was like, "Holy CRAP!!!". Then I saw E85 and was more like "it makes sense now". If anyone doesn't know, E85 has a better relative octane rating over gasoline, allowing for more aggressive timing. The trade off is less overall energy potential than gasoline(worse mpg). Also, unless all the seals, injectors, e.t.c. are modified/changed to handle E85, certain things will wear out quicker. Not trying to diss the OP's efforts, just being realistic. And if you think the crickets are bad now....

I used e85 on my scion tc which only an upgraded pump and injectors and never had an issue with seals and although the downside is about 30% more fuel consumption, e85 is always a lot cheaper than any other gas grade you can get. The other downside is its hard to find or inconvenient to get to in most areas but e85 is a beautiful thing where anyone who has driven a car with e85 can attest to :-)

I used e85 on my daily driven EvoX with 0 issues. Evo guys love this fuel and I've never heard of any other issues besides fuel economy even after thousands of miles on it.
