Its bullshit that you wont let us know the offsets... obviously if other people want a set up similar to this, even if its not on your wheels, they need to know the offsets as well. just tell us.

At least the tires fit the wheels. I like it... it's pretty badass and I'm a hellafunctional fan.

Some people are not here to help others.. some people are ere to sell product.

Personally... I think it stinks that he doesn't want to share the specs... if it was me, I would... But I can also understand his reasoning for not doing so. It s no different than a suspension tuner not wanting to share set specs or a fuel injection/ecu tuner not wanting to share their secrets. Some companies choose to be transparent, hoping that it gains them respect in the community and brings them customers... so choose not to. Respect in the community doesn't pay bills.

i dont think that you can compare this to a suspension or ECU tuner... there are a lot more different things that can be done in those areas to achieve different results... all were talking about is the offset of a set of wheels. its not something that should be a secret....

Sharing the offset wouldn't allow anyone to copy the look... you still have to shell out for the wheels! Why bother telling us the wheel widths, then... or the tire sizes... or posting photos at all!

It's just anti-community and selfish, but whatever.

Someone did this on another forum I was on.. I forget which one (ClubWRX maybe?) and it became a HUGE joke around the forum since offsets are such a silly thing to declare "secret". Because it only takes a few minutes to figure it out. Just take the rim width and measure back from the clearance needed on the inside. There's no profit in offsets, and anyone that matters has the ability to figure it out. So the only people being hurt is the community. Which makes this a massively bad PR manever.

If anyone is really interested in his offsets, grab this worksheet from Fikse wheels:

http://www.fikse.com/wp-content/uplo..._worksheet.pdf

You know the diameter and width, a couple minutes with a tape measure, straight edge, and calculator and you'll know his offsets to within a mm or so.

BRB, gonna go delete all my offsets from my wheel threads.
