Time to revive this...

Just installed the Blitz Nur-Spec R recently, and I'd say it's probably the quietest single-exit out there. If not, definitely one of the top.

For comparison, both Blitz and Fujitsubo rate the OEM exhaust at 82dB, and their exhausts are rated at:

Blitz Nur-Spec R: 90dB
Blitz Nur-Spec VS/VSR: 90dB
Fujitsubo Authorize S: 89dB
Fujitusbo Authorize R: 92dB

The dual-exit Blitz and Fujitsubo exhausts are known for being some of the quietest systems, and despite this being a single-exit, it's no exception.

In the cabin, it's pretty much like stock. I think I hear more engine/intake noise when I accelerate spiritedly (and I have the sound tube deleted). No drone at all when cruising at highway speeds. I have no other exhaust mods.

From the outside, it's a throatier, smoother tone than stock and just a tad louder as expected. From a noise perspective, this could easily pass as an OEM optional item. It's actually quieter than the TRD cat-back I've previously tried (which was surprisingly drony).

I think this would be a great candidate for running with a catless header without being obnoxious.

View from the rear (sorry for the crap quality, it was dark):

View from the side to show how much the tip protrudes. I think it's perfect:

And sound clip!
