Ouch that sounds high. I got a similar price but including a new clutch kit.

When you get a quote make sure they break down parts and labor and what each cost. Try a non dealer shop you trust, best one familiar wit working on subarus. A skilled mechanic can do the job in 2-3 hours max.

This is a video of Neal @The Racers Line who did my TOB+ clutch job. He drops a transmission in 20 mins. Did a great job on my car.

That's crazy. Didn'y know the tranny was that easy to drop. ANyways here's the vid I took this morning

Getting it done tomorrow. Have driven it 3 times including the first time I heard it Wednesday night. A 15 min drive to work and then to a shop afterwards. Hopefully it holds up that long. Thanks for the help guys

I've had the same issue but in 3rd to 4th gear when accelerating hard Ima have it checked on at Toyota hopefully they know what's up
