Theoretically you could run something to write all 1s followed by all 0s to destroy the data. If it's an ssd that should be all it takes to erase most of it, unless I'm missing something. An hdd on the other hand needs some large number of writes to make the data non-recoverable.

I always refortmat everything I get that way before I reinstall an open-source operating system on it. Because I'm paranoid.

I felt guilty at my Vancouver work office because each of the three days I was there I’d have one or two of those single serving bags off the snack shelf, even in the mid morning time...I usually never eat chips before noon

Exactly what it sounds like, and they're amazing IMO. I just don't think tomato-flavored potato chips exist anywhere in the US. Not really sure why? But the flavor really suits chips, even better than the usual, common flavors here.
