I have done, and it was fun. Other cars are differently fun when you press the skinny pedal, some more and some less. Which is best is up to the individual

I'd love to know your idea of fast, then. Again, it's not catching Mustang GT's or Vettes, but it's pretty damn quick.

Running into the 11's 1/4 mile is fast to me. I can out run a 370z, by a good 2 or so cars, but still don't consider my car fast either.

All CARS are slow, you want fast buy a liter bike. I'm coming from a series of 300-400 hp cars from BMW, Infiniti, and Porsche. The BRZ is funner then all of them except possibly tied with my track modded N54 335i. 1 of the reviews called these cars the world's slowest superbike, and I agree.

Fair enough. If straight line speed is what matters, the Z isn't gonna wow you like a Mustang.

"Lol trading my Z for a BRZ no way, our car is in a different class its just like trading your mini cooper s to a smart car lol.

When i'm driving my Z i feel like a successful businessman but driving a BRZ would make me a feel that i just got promoted as a supervisor at walmart."

I loled, honestly not sure if its just new model hype but all the articles ive read stated the FR-S is more fun to drive than a Z. And i personally dont have enough room in a Z at all, my knees hit the dash and my head hits the roof, in a FR-S i actually have more space lol

I find alot of people here and on that " Z " thread talk about Power or lack of it,
but personally I am looking at the BRZ as a practical DD and being a 2+2
it can carry people( of smaller stature) sometimes or groceries.

My co-worker owns a 370Z Nismo and while I think it looks super cool
I can't see myself DD with it especially with a 40K price tag.

I am not the typical automotive enthusiast, considering just 2 years ago
I was debating buying a Toyota Prius or my current VW TDI for max MPGs.

because the frs is targeted for a much more singular objective. i dont care about speed or performance. to me, a sports car is all about smiles per dollar. cars like the mr2, miata, and now the frs seem to excel at that. if you have a different understanding of the concept of sports car i can totally understand as i am fully aware that the z is a much more capable car and if that floats your boat, well, so be it. its just the frs seems so much less gt in nature

So much fail with this post, but then again most of your posts comparing other cars to the twins are.Its like you have ft86/frs/brz tunnel vision or something and thats fine but to spew as much misinformation as you do is ludicris.I have no idea how its more of a sports car than the Z i would even say the Z has the greatest japanese "SPORTS CAR HERITAGE" and im not even a fan of the Z.

first, i was pretty sure i made it clear that my post was opinion and purely subjective. second, what do you mean i have frs tunnel vision? i feel like i spend more time defending things like the mustang than being a frs fanboy. third, its funny that you mention heritage (despite that it has nothing to do with a car being a sports car or not) since as misinformed as i am, even the creator of the z and 510 agrees. what could that guy possible know about sports cars and the z?
