The fact that a new fuel pump has shown to do nothing for the majority of owners through all revisions

lol, reliable and cheap to drive. That's what a DD should be. I just don't like the new Yaris. Gotten heavier with all the airbags (it's also gotten a little bigger), but uses the same drivetrain. Makes for a more slow car.

Looks pretty decent, though. The twins just small AF, not practical at all for everyday use, imo.

I was going to say that the pumps still chirp... Then I remembered mine has been silent for 3.5 years of my 4 year ownership so what the fuck do I know.

I made do with the FR-S. Moved a couple times with it. Weekly grocery runs. It really is practical for a "sports coupe." However, I did have to split my grocery run into two trips at times (rather hard to drive when you can't see anything behind you, and only a small portion of the passenger window is visible). But I must say, it's a lot easier and quicker to just throw things into the Yaris hatch and not necessarily have to play Tetris to fit everything in. So far, haven't had to split up the grocery run.

Lucky you!

I've had mine for 3 years and it chirped since day one. Maybe if you had to listen to it daily you would see more of a benefit of having it replaced for free with a unit that is supposedly chirp free.

Sometimes mine chrips, sometimes it doesn't. 5 years and 116k miles later. Ive just gotten used to it for the most part lol

I can do the shopping for Summer Kickoff in one trip to Costco if I feel like it. But I usually do two trips just to avoid playing tetris.
