How much e85 do you have in the tank? You can always flash back see if you have issues. Also, verify your on the high pressure side for your flexfuel fuel line, is the sensor showing you a reading? Can you take a pic of the install? Most tuners won't fail such a basic tune but who knows.

When I went e85 I filled 50/50 and slowly went into a full 75ish mix. I am also on EcuTek so it's auto adjusting for gas types.

It's only E85. I ran the tank down and filled up with E85

There's no mention of Flexfuel here, so guessing a flat E85 tune. A too lean code mean that the trims can't add in enough fuel, which is why it's stalling from the off. The tune is the issue, you just need to make it run richer on E85, it's a simple fix.

Perfect. I will let my tuner know! Thank you! And you're right I'm not doing flex fuel, just straight up E85 because I have a few stations near me.

if the customer needs to let the tuner know how to tune the car then I would NOT go back to that tuner. you could end up with an extremely expensive repair build

Sorry, I assumed if running e85 some type of GM style fuel sensor would be in place to tell the ecu the actual mix. If the tuner tunes it to e85 and your true ethonal is 70s does a non flex fuel tune work? Would that work the same way as running 91 vs 93?

With different blends of ethanol the fuel trims will sort that out, however this case it's so far out the trims are maxed out. As for timing, you may be fine with E70 or higher running similar timing due to MBT, I cannot fully comment as we don't have E85 here so not tuned for it.

That was the issue! It has been fixed so far and I've not gotten a CEL. Hopefully it stays that way.
