May as well post mine in here too! I'm not going to say no 56k'ers, because frankly NO-ONE should be on dial-up internet still. :P.

Thanks.
Yep, it's completely functional actually. It helps to cool the coilpacks, and also has a duct in the engine bay that routes some of the air to the rear (2nd) turbo. Some of the other things the UK spec has over the normal ones: Rear fog lights Headlight washers Headlight level adjusters Diff cooler Tranny cooler (as well as the one in the radiator if it's an auto) 320hp vs. JDM (supposed) 280hp. Different rear lights to incorporate the fog light - Notice the colours are switched around, the white is between the two reds. The inner red's are the rear fog's, the outer reds are both the 'headlights on' lights and the brake lights at the same time. Big brakes as standard. No speed limiter. Active aero front lip. Leather seats as standard. A lot of these things you guys get in the US, but the majority of them the JDM supra's never got.

I'm not actually sure if the 280hp is true actually, the JDM turbo's put out the same amount of boost, so they should make the same amount of power (from the turbo's), the only other (known) difference is the cams, and they have been proven to only make 8hp difference. I think the only reason the JDM's are rated at 280 is because of the gentlemens agreement in Japan, I'm sure they are actually more around 300-310hp.
Interior is full black, meaning leather and carpets. One other thing I forgot to mention is that the UK specs actually have leather rear seats, rather than the usual vinyl rear seats, I'm not sure if you guys got this or not? I'm not too sure about alternators, but as long as you aren't running a pretty massive sound system, a stock one should easily suffice.

I'm with Snaps about the 'gentlemen's agreement' and the 300-310 'real' crank rating. Snaps: Active aero lip??? Can it move itself up for going over speed bumps etc...?

Dimman, it used to be able to... but that ability goes away as as soon as you install a FMIC - you have to remove the active spoiler motor.
It's a bit of a pain going into some driveways too which is why I like the idea, but at the same time I like my FMIC. ![]() BoostJunkie, although the JDM supra's have a ceramic exhaust turbine, the intake turbine is still steel IIRC, so it really shoudn't make a difference. Well, not 20hp anyway. Some other 90's JDM cars have been proven to have over 280-hp too.

You guys are also forgetting about the 280hp limit in Japan. Just recently that hp number was lifted off.
