I am 100% stock except for wheels and tires and have been running the e85 EL Stage 2 tune. I have probably 5,000 miles with e85 and the extra power is just fantastic.

The extra power is amazing, but the extra cost is killer. My e85-91 spread is only 11% right now.

Switching back to 91 soon

Depends where you're at. In the Bay Area, it can be anywhere from $4.09 for 91 right now, all the way past $4.70 in the city.

I just received the OFT in the mail today. It took some finagling to get it to work properly.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WINDOWS 7 64bit USERS
I had to install the "Windows 8 Patch" from openflasttablet.com for the OFT to work properly with my car. I couldn't upload any tune files to the OFT without installing the patch.

Thankfully after I got all of the bugs sorted out, the OFT properly flashed to my car. I went straight to Stage 2 UEL. I'm running 93 oct, JDL UEL header, ARK catless front pipe, and the ARK Grip exhaust. I was aware there is a short learning period where the cam phasing is disabled, and holy crap the car is slow as hell without phasing. I could immediately tell when the car was happy and re-enabled it. I haven't driven very much on the tune yet, but so far, THIS is what the car should have felt like from the factory. Very very awesome so far.

This file should really just be included in the OFT Manager setup. It's safe for all versions.

Quick question:

Received my OFT today, followed the incredibly easy instructions and it did its thing. When I got to step 4/5 where it reads my ECU and I turn the Ignition off and go to write, both READ and WRITE are completely grayed out and all I have access to is read.

What am I doing wrong/how to resolve?
