I'm about 3hrs away in a little town called Lizella, just outside of Macon Ga.. but we do hit Savannah a couple times during the summer for a day visit. The wife likes to do River Street and hit some shopping etc.. I like the seafood!
I always keep my eye peeled for other FRS/BRZ's around middle GA... there are only a few that I see regularly. Not many of us around here. There is an Autocross event being held in Macon Ga on the 23rd of this month - I may try my luck at that for a day - nothing serious, just for fun.

I got her back Thursday. I had the body shop install the winjets since one of my headlights was damaged in the accident. I installed the buddy clubs that I had ordered while she was in the shop. Here's a couple of pics.

Hey guys
Just saw the thread, I am local in the Savannah area. I am the Chief Tech Inspector for the Buccaneer autoctoss area. If you were there on March 1&2 then I was the guy in the SWP BRZ. #56. I hope you all enjoyed yourself for the 2 days. I know i did. Had a blast and plan on many more. I wanted to mention that I will be going to the Jacksonville autocross at Amelia Island Airport, 700 Airport rd. Fernandina Beach, 32034. I checked on google and it is ~1.5 hrs drive from here. If you go just keep in mind that once at the aiport we will be excorted in as we have to cross an active runway. Feel free to contact with any questions. I am FastWhite on this forum. If you have never been to Roebling Road Raceway, it is a blast. It is a lot longer run than at Hutchison. Add another 20-30 secs to your Hutchison times. |
