I say TN. It's right smack in the middle of Midwest/East.
I would love Chicago of course as that's only a 2 hr drive for me. But I think I would enjoy the driving at tail of the dragon the MOST compared to any other venue. Quote:

The Dragon isn't what it used to be. There is a lot more police presence now. Too many people were crashing and the locals got sick of it.
