I'm pretty low but it still suprising to me that it pops out this much too. I just wish toyota can do something since a lot are having the same problems.

Well, like I mentioned, I *had* the issue as well. I managed to sort it out with two actions:

1) I went to my local dealer and told them there is a Subaru TSB on the headlight frame pieces that surround the headlight unit. They were happy to replace them under warranty, and after a bit of convincing I actually got to replace them myself! I did have to bring the originals in.

2) When I had the bumper off, I applied a thin layer of crazy glue to the bottom outer lip of the problem area.

After that, it seems to be fitting perfectly. I should add, lining the bumper up PERFECTLY is key. If the tabs slide in above or below the headlight unit it will push out slightly.

My front bumper has also fallen victim to this ever growing epidemic, however, someone recently bumped & dented the left fender right above the wheel. I don't want to assume the body shop that will be fixing the dent will also notice this minor but annoying issue so I'll make sure to bring it to their attention. I tried pushing on the bumper where it meets the fender and like most it didn't help any. I also tried looking for a TSB from Toyota and no luck either

This is a known issue for the Canadian BRZ and there is a TSB fix for it as I I had it performed on mine and no more gap. This was the first fix they did in August 2012. I'll try and dig up the TSB number but currently my car is put away and not close enough to get the receipts from the glovebox.
