There isn't room to mount it anywhere but upside down.

Paul chatted me up for at least 30 minutes about this system at the FT86 Expo this morning. It seems like this is a practical street application. The car looked OEM and I know that the were able to keep a lot of the OEM ducting that is helping to prevent overheating due to the air not reaching the radiator. I'll be curious to see if a better engine management system comes along to support FI.

@AVOturboworld, Is a bigger radiator being developed by AVO? What about an oil cooler?

I haven't yet needed them, but for track use I see them as musts. If not being developed by AVO, any idea which will 100% sure fit?

Thanks.

I'm sure we can come up with something - question is for how much.

There might be something in the works for an oil cooler in the near future, stay tuned, of course.

Incidentally, Paul drove the car down from WA to Vegas an hour after we finished the turbo install, and in the 112+ degree heat, there weren't any issues either, not even after quite a few back to back test drives.

Were you at the Expo? Did you pick up one of the technical giveaways (not the orange catalogs) at the event?

Cheers,

I'm sure when Paul gets back from his long drive, he'll be more than happy to fill you all in.

BTW thanks for let me test drive your FRS at the event, even though I was busy coordinating the event, it was blast! & Thank you Paul for listen to this crazy guy's feedback on the turbo kit lol

Hopefully in fall, I have time to fly there (or drive) to see the update on that FRS!

Plus gotta hit up all the good restaurant!
