very very clean

are you leaving some space for an oil cooler to fit well and have enough airflow through the stock bumper mouth?

@AVOturboworld, are you able to give details on the turbo yet? Any more info on the tuning solution?

Thanks for the hard work, I'm really looking forward to seeing the end results.

My apologies for that - I've personally been fighting a XP machine gone bad. Haven't been able to get back to the thread. Japan itself is having a holiday, the annual Obon, which has shut things down for a week. Ross hasn't, though, and is at the factory working on the production line for the turbo kit pieces.

It's just the quiet phase of the project. The basics have been worked out, and we are concentrating on getting it through the factory and to the market. Even if we did the tune/test on the JDM car, we still will need to test in the US market as well, and for that we need production units. The approx. schedule on those is easier to guesstimate - before SEMA.

Not to derail this thread...but what's it doing? Any error messages when booting? Beep codes? etc.

Damn this turbo kit is fantastic. I was thinking about being n/a all day but after seeing how clean and sleeper this looks I'm so tempted to buy it when it comes out. Sadly I'm still a bit worried about blowing up the engine with a 12.5:1 compression ratio. That seems like a ton of stress. If I were to get this kit I would want an oil cooler as well, perhaps even a transmission cooler. Nonetheless I'm very excited about this kit and even more excited about the fact that I could get that subaru burble back in business.

Well, dead hardware. Getting a new box tomorrow. Sadly it's just for shipping software and accounting, but both are important!
