I'm not saying it won't last 500K miles, or sound like a F1 V10, or make 1000hp, but if someone links these pictures and says "hey, check out this awesome quality" I have to wonder.

I wasn't making an argument...but EVERYONE has seen the borla photos. Warranty or not, crap is crap. Tsudo does provide a lifetime warranty. I can not comment on how much of a warranty this is because I didn't need it with my exhaust.

Ah I see. I read your initial post from a different perspective. Honestly, I don't like the OP either. I also don't like the fact that this is not 2.5". I see the flex strain you are talking about too.

As for the welds, they aren't top of the line show quality on my exhaust, but they do seem to be done properly.

I agree with your assessment, but since this header isn't out yet, that's likely just a prototype semotors got a hold of. And although Tsudo is decent quality products at great prices, personally I'm going with the OFH.

For sound clips of Tsudo exhaust:
Revworks UEL header, Tsudo catback vids
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...ighlight=tsudo

For a view of Tsudo production products, here's some shots of their FT86 2.5" Overpipe-back system. The welds could be better, but I've seen lots of "good" products in these forums with worse welds.
