How do you like the GC camber plates and strut brace? Looks like nice stuff, but we don't hear much about them on this forum.

really like it, quality piece, fits very well, i just changed the bolts holding the strut bar because it was an Allen with a weird size and didn't have the right size so isntalled easier bolts instead of buying the tool since no one has those in their tool box.

some update, we should be able to test the car next week, we need to paint the car now, first race is going to be in 3 weeks (yikes!) We are still unsure about the color, driver wants to lose the orange, keep some but not the whole car. He also wants something more subtle and with less sticker so that if we get a door or a fender bent we can fix it without having to get some new stickers made.

Anyway, here are some pics, Vortech supercharger we decided to install because we found a cheap one used, we wanted to go with the JR but it was more expensive and not upgradable so this used Vortech should do the job for now. We made 270/240 on a Maha dyno but had to tune it down with the throttle map to around 230/215 for the race regulation because of our weight. Car should be around 2350lbs when fully finished.

Anyway, here is a pic of the Vortech, we will be working on a custom intake box because we built a custom vented Hood and it won't fit good with it.

here is a picture of the front cooling, notice the supercharger cooler, we are going to try it as lots of Vortech owners reported problems with the supercharger on the track which probably has to do with the oil temp. We are going to see the temp difference with the cooler pump on and off. In the last pic you can see the small pump and the inline filter, those with the cooler itself are all cheap eBay parts so we'll see if they hold. Driver didn't want to pay the extra 1000 for the V2 conversion so i had to find an other way of cooling it.
