You should have called them and left a message if they don't answer. They respond back really fast.

My towels just got here! About to open the box now.

Holy cow. The eagle edgeless towels are amazing. Soft is an understatement. Did the hand grab test, no grabbiness at all, even with my somewhat rough condition of hands right car(just rotated the tires on my car lol). Blown away really. They blow my old all purpose uber microfibers from detailer's domain out of the water.

They included one of their split purple-nality dual pile towels in my order free of charge. Pretty cool.

I'm really glad I jumped on their 10 pack super plush towels that they were clearing out. Just about as soft as the eagle edgelesses but they have a satin edge that's also super soft. Not listed on their site anymore and 10 for 30$ price had me doing the junkman face. lol. I might end up using these for interior stuff but would not hesitate to use them for detailing product removal.

The metal polish and glass/window polish towels are got are not as soft as the eagle edgeless (not much else is it seems but not going to be touching paint anyways) but also very cool. I like having specific towels for specific areas of the car. The rag company helped me achieve this.

Also very excited to use the dry me a river waffle weave towel for drying. Previously, I was using a large edgeless towel I got from DD (about as soft as the eagle edgeless in a larger size) and am curious to see how this performs in comparison.

I just loaded up on some sonax and menzerna products from DD lastnight too, excited to use all this new stuff when I detail the car before I drive up to the Dragon in NC/TN come April.

Washed my new towels today. Feel great.

Also got the free throw in purple towel.

I also got a lambswool mitt. Should I prep it at all before first use? Just rinse it? Hand wash it?
