AT shouldn't have this issue, they don't have the block off plate in the first place like the manuals do.

I get the burnt oil smell and smoke from time to time. It comes from the exact area that the MT drivers get it. I don't have a lift so I can't really see from under the car, but I can't imagine where else it would be coming from then...

Got mine fixed at toyota the other day so far only 4 different warranty items fixed! Gotta love first gens

I had fixed (removed / cleaned / RTV'd)mine early last spring.... and it held..... until recently. Burning smell and leak are back.

How/where do you apply the RTV sealant when you install the Raceseng part?

I used the tip of a screwdriver to reach down, and instructions are included to pinpoint where.

Are Raceseng going to be producing more of these? Just picked up my 2014 BRZ and am looking to do some preemptive maintenance!
