I just got word from my local Toyota dealer and he said: "From what I am reading it is in the works for the U.S." If I hear anything else, I will post it.

I've just ordered one over my offical Toyota Dealer. Just show them the Toyota Part Nr (PZ435-10340-00) and they should be able to order it. I pay about 170USD for it, however I'm located in Europe so shipping is not that high
