Hi Dazbrz.

The emissions pack with the ECUTek tune and License does come with a certificate stating that it has passed ADR's for you to take to your local engineer for final sign off. Please note, that it will only pass your engineers scrutiny with a standard exhaust system. The issue is from our Noise restrictions here in Australia.

If you're in Sydney, have a chat to the guys at Garage 88, they have access to our range and would happily sell you a kit.

If you have any more questions please feel free to get in touch at the office.

sales@harrop.com.au

regards

Andrew.

Hmmmm I'm running stock exhaust with the sti muffler... Wonder if that would be OK. Other then that I just have a panel filter and greddy intake snorkel. Think I'll have issues with that?

The certificate we provide with the kit is specifically for STOCK cars. So in short, yes, you would have issues. The engineer would reject your certificate as it is not how the kit was tested in order to pass emissions.

if you have any queries please feel free to call us at Harrop to discuss.

@HarropOz I am guessing you guys are running a catch can on your track car. Where is your setup? While I am patiently waiting on this kit to get CARB approved and come state side, I wanted to get setup with catch cans, but I was hoping to figure out something that wouldn't interfere with this kit. Thanks.

With Todays currency the kits are $4775 USD Plus shipping which is usually around the $350 - $450 mark depending where you are with Fedex.

Mishimoto makes a catch can that is on the back of the engine. Do you think there is enough room for this catch can with your kit? I cant tell by your pictures.

If it does fit then it will be a very tight fit. You would also need to create custom hoses to work with the supercharger since the Mishimoto kit comes with pre-cut and pre-shaped hoses intended to be used with the stock intake manifold.

I use the Radium PCV side catch can on my car. It mounts by the battery on LHD cars and comes with a length of hose that isn't pre-cut or pre-shaped so you can create custom hoses to fit a stock car or any FI kit.
