2016 Aftermarket HU - Stock Wiring

So I just tore open the dash to install my Pioneer HU and everything is connected but the door speakers don't work. Rear and dash tweeters and mids work great. I suspect there's a factory amp, but there is no wire in the #9 position of the 10-pin harness. The #8 position I have connected to the antenna turn on wire of the HU. I've also tested it with switched 12V to be sure. I'm not sure where to go from here.

make sure your remote out from the HU is wired to the harness that goes to the car to enable the stock amp.

Yeah that's the point. The car has the wire for antenna amp but not audio amp.

Pin 9 should be the amp signal wire
Don't know if it's a 5v signal though

Again, there is no wire attached to pin 9 on the factory wiring harness.

I have that same manual, on the phone I'm posting from, in fact. It's apparently not fully applicable to this model year.

Then it's pin 9 of the extra connector that doesn't get used

Sorry I was looking at the 2013 diagram for my car but it changes from connector "B" to "A" on the 2016
