autoblip on ecutek
Can someone tell me how the autoblip is suppose to work on the ecutek, it seems our tuner has installed it but my friend says it doesn't work, how is it suppose to react?
Is it happenning when you are on the brake and press the clutch or what is the sequence exactly? |

I had it in one of my tunes and was unable to get it to work consistently. It also did not do a good job of matching revs. Learning to use your right foot will be worth the trouble.

I don't understand this feature. Why drive a manual at all if using things like autoblip and flat foot shifting dull the driving experience and reduce the liklihood that one might learn or improve upon the skills required to drive proficiently?
Rev matching is not hard to learn. |

Maybe my skills aren't mad tight yo, but I can have it enabled in one mode and not active in another. Would I use it on the road all the time, not a chance as it's not perfect, but when driving fast or on track it's a great feature if setup well.

It is most likely on active on higher RPMS. Mine wont blip unless im over 3k rpms which makes sense being its more of a racing application.

Tell him to ask his tuner on which map the blip is.
Or, he could just rev match on his own Sent from my toaster
