OLM HP LED DRL/High Beam Bulbs Review

I was asked what i wanted for Christmas by my sister two months ago, i decided upon asking for a set of these LED DRL/high beam plug and play blubs to get rid of the OEM DRL's.

The OEM DRL's aren't so bad, the yellow ones on a Dodge Dart and other cars are much worse. I do know there are cheaper LED bulbs out there for our DRL's, but they only acted as DRL's and not high beams as the OEM ones bulbs do.

How are these OLM LEDs?

Horrible.

Basically, you drive around with your high beams on. Sure, the color is spot on for a LED light, but it's bright as fuck. At eye level with the car - it's okay, until you get into a car with a higher position seating, it's still an eye sore on bright sunny days.

It can also be embarrassing in parking lots when you're in engaged in gear or drive, you'll be flashing your high beams every time you turn off the lights, if the car is still on.

Since i don't want to be seen as a douchebag to the entire world, I'll be putting these up for sale soon enough.

Did i install them wrong? It's a single way fitment, no way to screw this up. A friend of mine thought i did, when he pulled out the wiring, he was surprised as well.

Pretty much a waste of $85!

TL;DR version: High beams are on 24/7, it's fucking bright.

edit:
Since i know people will ask. There is no indication that these lights are basically always on high beams. There is this...

Note: During the hours of dusk, the DRL function will appear very bright compared to the ambient light. It is recommended that you turn your headlights on earlier.
